Send a support request with the details you have. If the issue is about the iOS app, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and what you expected to happen.
To request account or personal data deletion, choose Data deletion request as the topic and use the same email address you use in the app. We may ask for confirmation before deleting account data.
Helpful details to include
- For data deletion requests, use the account email you want deleted and say whether you want saved plant data, uploaded photos, and account data removed.
- For subscription or restore-purchase problems, describe what you purchased and what access is missing.
- For plant identification or diagnosis concerns, include the plant name shown by the app and what looked wrong.
- Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
