Send a support request with the details you have. If the issue is about the iOS app, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and what you expected to happen.

This form is handled by Web3Forms and emailed to the configured support inbox. You can also email us directly at ops@knowyourplant.app.

Helpful details to include

  • For subscription or restore-purchase problems, describe what you purchased and what access is missing.
  • For plant identification or diagnosis concerns, include the plant name shown by the app and what looked wrong.
  • Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
