Ten plants compared through computed native-record climate profiles

Seasonal-Climate Plant DNA: 10 Habitat Profiles

This collection compares ten plant Climate DNA profiles using the same occurrence filters, CHELSA variables, percentile method, and confidence gate. It is a data comparison, not a list of universal care targets. The common unit is the long-term outdoor climate attached to quality-filtered records inside each plant’s POWO native-country range. The cohort rule is reproducible: the remaining ten profiles after the current 20-plant dataset is split at the median coldest-month temperature. Every profile keeps its native occurrence count and spatial confidence visible, then compares that envelope with the same 2015–2025 Canggu ERA5 archive. This adds temporal depth without pretending that a fixed reference site supplies extra plant occurrences. ...
